Our team begins with our founder and CEO, Brandon Vanarsdale.  On any given day you will find him on the job sites, face to face with our customers and working side by side with our crews.  This is his comfort zone with the company... helping his teams move soil any way it is needed.  He has no office unless you count his truck.  Brandon has years of experience in the industry and is looking for other good hard working individuals to join him as employees or independent contractors to be part of big and small construction projects around the region.

​Leroy Wilson, our General Manager, has multiple decades in the cabling and construction industry.  Leroy and Brandon work closely together coordinating the company resources for new and existing customers.  The jobs begin way before the equipment shows up on the job sites.  Leroy has the experience, connections, and wisdom needed to keep customers extremely satisfied and our crews continuously busy helping others.

 

Our Quality Control (QC) Supervisor, Lucas Wilson, works from an office on four wheels, checking on jobs, troubleshooting issues which arise, and working closely with the CEO and General Manager.  Some jobs go completely as expected and others come with unknowns and surprises.  Lucas works best and hardest when the unknowns and surprises come to fruition.

Our hardworking CREWS make this company what it is.  They combine dedication, experience, wisdom, and our company core vales to help our customers achieve what they desire.  We typically have 2 person crews.  They may be employees of the company or they may be independent contractors we credential and partner with.
