Our job begins way before the crews show up onsite. The little flags you see beside roads, in residential and commercial lots, are coordinated with calls by our back office team. The calls go out to utility companies to help ensure no utility systems (electric, water, gas, fiber, cable) are disturbed during our soil moving endeavors. Other times, you may see paint sprayed on roadways or concrete to ensure we keep a safe distance from utilities. Coordinating these markers is a very critical part of our process and we have a great team in place to help make this happen.
During the working of our crews, items do come up which require our back office team to jump in and help coordinate company efforts. Rest assured the team is a phone call or text away to help.
After the job is completed, a good company follows up with good billing services which details what was done and what is owed. A good company is measured by the collection of funds owed. No company stays in business long without a proper billing and collection team in place.
