Our soil moving projects are wide ranging in scope.  On any given day our projects may range from individual residential home owner projects to partnering with regional companies which build out the infrastructure for the communication, electrical, and water grids in our communities.

We may be working closely with construction and plumbing companies to help them fulfill their contracts which need our specialized services. ​​​

PRIME CONTRACTING
Larger companies in the area partner with our company because they have wide ranging needs or wide ranging areas to cover.  This partnership takes the form of a "prime contracting" arrangement where we know the project will be ongoing, in multiple areas, requiring consistent quality control guidelines and project scheduling to meet the needs of the partnering company.  Companies building out the local community infrastructure (communication, electrical, or water) prefer to have pre-selected partners which facilitate their overall construction goals and timelines.

 

Vanarsdale Construction LLC can work as the prime contractor or we can work as a sub-contractor underneath another prime contractor.  It depends upon the scope of the contracting needs and business relationships in place.

 

PREFERRED CONTRACTING
In many instances, local construction, electrical or plumbing companies desire our company to be their "go-to" preferred vendor to help with their soil moving needs.  They may be doing one-time projects or building out a whole subdivision community.  They know our work and we know their needs.  They become our repeat customers and we become their repeat vendors of choice.

 

PRIVATE CONTRACTING

We are ready, willing and able to help individual business and homeowners with all types of soil moving needs.  Broken water and septic system repairs.  Running new electrical or plumbing lines for a new pool.  Running new electrical or plumbing for additional structures on the property like garages, workshops or small living quarters.  Outside lighting needs is another project which can benefit from our directional boring equipment.  Houses built on a concreate slab benefit greatly from our directional boring capabilities.  The list is wide and varied.  We know these projects may be one-time customers and we will provide the same level of service we give our repeat preferred and prime partners.
